The below courses in the Training Suite are available for online and in person delivery. Course durations range between 1.5 – 2 hours with the online sessions generally being the shorter ones but your needs around all aspects of the timing and delivery can be factored in.
These courses are designed to be accessible to wide audiences and are oven ready, good to go! We can also discuss a more bespoke package or even tailored design, especially in the case of the latter you may benefit from my consultancy services.

Train the Trainer
Do you have internal Trainers who require development around the role of being a Trainer in your organisation? Is it one or a few subject matter experts or a whole team of Trainers? Do they just require training on their delivery or all aspects of the training cycle? I can provide a tailored solution to meet your needs, with over 15 years experience in Learning and Development, CIPD, BTEC qualified and a Level 3 Award in Education and Training. I have worked for organisations of all shapes and sizes in the utility, third and tech sectors I can support your people in attaining the training standards you seek.
One off workshop – a one off Train the Trainer Style workshop
Full support package – a broader programme of support, with coaching prior and post workshop, and other support options including observation and assessment.
Consultancy
I also offer consultancy services to support you in growing and developing your learning culture. This could include work around developing bespoke programmes, supporting the development of your learning and development brand and strategy or reviewing your existing offering.
