What is mindfulness?

It can be easy to rush through our daily lives on auto pilot, with little attention on our present moment experience.

Paying more attention to the present moment – to our own thoughts and feelings, and to the world around us – can improve our mental wellbeing. Some people call this awareness “mindfulness”.

Mindfulness can help us enjoy life more and understand ourselves better – this can be empowering in helping us realise the choices we have in how we react to different situations and the way we relate to others – and ourselves. Mindfulness training offers techniques to help us cultivate mindfulness in our daily lives.

      An introduction to Mindfulness, what it is and isn’t and a short sample of a technique or two that can help you at work.

      Mindfulness at Work Workshop

      Full and half day formats available, in which attendees discover:

      • What mindfulness is and isn’t
      • How mindfulness can help them at work 
      • How mindfulness practice can benefit their mental health
      • Practical techniques to use after the workshop

      The Present Leader Programme

      A 6-week programme that can help leaders become:

      • More aware of their own behaviours
      • More empowered to make different choices
      • More resilient to challenging behaviour and circumstances
