Stop!.., no really stop! Stop scrolling, checking emails, the news… We often say we don’t have time for self care, we’re too busy, but I’m sure I’ve had many days where I’ve spent well over 3.5 mins mindlessly scrolling social media

This 3.5 minute mindfulness video allows you to just stop for a few moments, take a breath, pause and re focus.

Mindfulness practice can:

  • help us better manage stress and improve our overall wellbeing
  • help us reset our focus making us more productive at work
