Mindfulness is not woo woo! – I can’t resist stopping at the beach on my travels when I have the chance, it’s one of my favourite places to relax and just be.
Find that sense of stillness in us that can rebalance and recharge us to continue with our day
Since going solo as a freelance I have been having great conversations and have so many ideas it’s been easy for the mind to dart off in various directions leaving a feeling of being a bit scattered!
Mindfulness has many simple techniques that help us come home to ourselves, and feel more grounded and focused – allowing us to me more productive as well as supporting our wellbeing.
These techniques are particularly useful when – for example – we don’t have the chance to stop at our local beauty spot, but still need to find that sense of stillness in us that can rebalance and recharge us to continue with our day.
